Method
- No-sparge BIAB. One kettle. Thin mash is normal.
- Single infusion 155 for a wort that will sit around 1.014, not bone dry.
- 60-min boil. First Cascade at 30 left — most of the 37 IBU.
- Two hop stands: flameout 40 min, then 170–180°F for 20.
- Pitch Notty at ~68. Splash the transfer. Then stop sloshing.
- DH1 is the test. Contact time is the control. Pull at two days.
