Method

  • No-sparge BIAB. One kettle. Thin mash is normal.
  • Single infusion 155 for a wort that will sit around 1.014, not bone dry.
  • 60-min boil. First Cascade at 30 left — most of the 37 IBU.
  • Two hop stands: flameout 40 min, then 170–180°F for 20.
  • Pitch Notty at ~68. Splash the transfer. Then stop sloshing.
  • DH1 is the test. Contact time is the control. Pull at two days.
